Welcome

Welcome to the premier resource for all real estate information and services in the area. I hope you enjoy your visit and explore everything my realty website has to offer, including San Antonio real estate listings, information for homebuyers and sellers, and more About Us, your professional San Antonio Realtor.

Looking for a new home? Use Quick Search or Map Search to browse an up-to-date database list of all available properties in the area, or use my Dream Home Finder form and I'll conduct a personalized search for you.

If you're planning to sell your home in the next few months, nothing is more important than knowing a fair asking price. I would love to help you with a FREE Market Analysis. I will use comparable sold listings to help you determine the accurate market value of your home.

Town and Country Real Estate is your source for real estate in San Antonio and the surrounding area. Though I’m experienced in many areas of Real Estate, I specialize in military and first time home buyers. I have recently retired from Air Force after 23 years. During my career, I’ve moved 14 times and held three AF Specialties to include Military Training Instructor so I understand the stressors of a new job/moving.  I have personally been selling/buying homes for past 15 years…currently on “my” 5th VA home loan and have sold many others for clients so I understand the VA home loan process proving why I was the Top Producer for 2014! Are you a first time home buyer?  I have been there and phenomenally understand what it means to purchase your first home and committed to treating my clients how I would want to be treated.  So are you looking to purchase a new home? Then avoid feeling overwhelmed and use my experience and knowledge to find the home of your dreams. Thinking of selling? Exposure is everything. Leverage my experience and marketing tools to turn ‘selling’ into ‘sold’. Have questions? I’m here to help find answers and provide insights into the local area.

Looking forward to working with you.

Sincerely,

Pebbles Brugman, Realtor
